According to Lê Thị Thu, all teams in the 2026 AFC U20 Women's Asian Cup Finals are physically tall and adept at utilizing aerial play. For her position as goalkeeper, she aims to position herself effectively and handle difficult situations safely to ensure the goal's security.

Being called up to the national team is a great honor for Lê Thị Thu. She affirmed that if given the chance to play, she will give her utmost effort to contribute to the team's overall performance, while also helping the team maintain the spirit shown in the qualifiers – where the Vietnamese U20 women's team achieved three victories – to aim for the best results in the upcoming tournament.
