The VFF has officially confirmed the venue and schedule for the international friendly match within the FIFA Days period in March 2026 between the Vietnamese national team and the Bangladesh national team.

Accordingly, this match will take place at 7:00 PM on March 26, 2026, at Hang Day Stadium (Hanoi).

This match serves as a crucial preparatory step for the Vietnamese national team before their rematch against the Malaysian team in the final third qualifying round for the 2027 Asian Cup.

According to the coaching staff's professional assessment, the visiting Bangladesh team is considered a suitable "sparring partner" during the FIFA Days period, providing the Vietnamese national team with opportunities to test their lineup and maintain international match rhythm.

In preparation for this match, the Vietnamese national team is scheduled to regroup on March 21st. The selection of Hang Day Stadium, a familiar venue for Hanoi fans, is also expected to provide favorable conditions regarding facilities and supportive atmosphere for Coach Kim Sang Sik and his team.
