On the afternoon of March 2nd, the Vietnamese women's national team continued their training session to finalize the last stages of preparation for their opening match against the Indian women's national team.
The entire squad is maintaining high morale, a stable fitness foundation, and intense focus on the eve of the continental tournament. The team continues to train at 6:00 PM to acclimate to the official match time of the opener. The thorough and meticulous preparation, both in technical and physical aspects, is boosting the players' confidence as they gear up for the crucial showdown with the Indian women's national team.
Prior to the training session, head coach Mai Duc Chung inquired about the overall health of the team and encouraged the players' spirits. According to observations, all players are in good physical condition, with no concerning injuries arising. This is a positive sign during the critical phase before the official competition begins.
Sharing on the sidelines of the training, midfielder Bich Thuy stated: "Thuy and the whole team are ready and very excited to enter the tournament. This is the third time Thuy has had the opportunity to compete at the continental arena, and fortunately, this time Thuy is not facing any health issues.
